Dr. Singh is an Associate Professor in the School of Communication & Information (SC&I) at Rutgers University. He obtained his PhD (Computer Science) from the University of California, Irvine in 2012 and received his post-doctoral training at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology during 2012- 2014. He joined Rutgers in 2014 and leads the Behavioral Informatics Lab. He was identified as one of the “Rising Star” speakers by ACM SIG-Multimedia in 2016 and serves on the editorial board for the Multimedia Systems journal.
He is a member of the Data Science certificate steering committee and is planning to teach ITI: 04:547:221 in Data Science certificate program.
